The energy of a new idea

Our project
TJMC Empreendimentos developed the Natureza Limpa plant specially designed for the conversion of Solid Urban Waste into ecological charcoal with minimal environmental impact. Simple and robust, the Natureza Limpa model works with an integrated approach to recycling and energy recovery from waste with excellent financial returns and able to operate anywhere in the world.
The Natureza Limpa technological route represents the industrial application of the carbonization method that has always been used in clay ovens in the interior for the pyrolytic decomposition of plant material in an environment of rarefied air. It is thus a prehistoric solution to modern problems. But what worked for so long to the detriment of the forest is today a preservation tool by replacing raw materials.
The world, in fact, produces more waste than trees and destroys the environment because it despises waste. The Natureza Limpa system is, therefore, an intelligent way of doing things that is born from a strategic alliance between the academic universe and the entrepreneurship of the interior of Minas Gerais.
Inspired by a policy of disseminating knowledge and constant technological innovation, TJMC Empreendimentos offers complete turnkey projects, conceiving, designing, installing, commissioning and providing maintenance, management consulting and all necessary technical assistance.

TJMC Empreendimentos' machining process sorts the recyclable material and transforms the organic balance into Fuel Derived from Waste by exposure to carbonization temperatures. Therefore, there is no incineration because there is no combustion without oxygen. It does have decomposition due to increased heat resulting from heating the external walls of a pyrolytic reactor.
So no burning. No contact with flame and fire. Dioxin and furan reduced to a minimum by method choice.
The system, on the other hand, does not imply a supplementary input of external fuel, as the heat production is self-supplied with a fraction of the coal produced in loco. It thus configures a climatologically neutral solution that releases at most the amounts of CO2 initially converted into organic mass by photosynthesis.
Vapors and gases are also purified by high-performance filters and undergo a liquefaction process by distillation, resulting in by-products with market value.
Atmospheric pollution is practically non-existent, and phreatic contamination is null, since the liquid effluents from the handling of garbage are collected in an impermeable tank located under the reception hopper for later pumping in the oven and incorporation into the pyrolyzed mass.
Compact, the Natureza Limpa system fits into industrial zones or similar spaces. And, closing a “zero waste” treatment cycle, the ash – with a volume of approximately 3% of the initial raw material – is used in the production of cement aggregates in an attached factory.
In a sentence, the Clean Nature system meets the strictest environmental criteria, eliminates landfill or landfill and offers an excellent opportunity to protect nature while earning money.
